A first booking is only one part of the relationship. You will consider how clients find you and how you keep in touch with permission: acquisition without gimmicks, and retention that respects the guest instead of chasing vanity metrics.

Then put the calendar beside the costs. A busy week and a sustainable week are not the same question; chair economics will make you work through costs and cash flow instead of treating every booking as profit.
