Applications and reservations
Submitting an application, membership interest form or product enquiry does not create a charge. The price, schedule, included kit and applicable terms are confirmed before payment.
PayPal purchases
PayPal purchases are non-refundable. That includes the 3-day Intensive, Foundation tuition, Foundation deposits and remaining balances, House Membership, and House donations. Once PayPal confirms a payment, it is final. Buyer-requested refunds are not offered.
If Junior's cancels an offer, the House makes it right. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law still apply.
Courses and deposits
Academy PayPal tuition, deposits, half payments and remaining balances are non-refundable and non-transferable because a seat and Junior's time are reserved when you pay. If the school cancels a program, the House makes it right.
Products and the school kit
Unused and unopened physical products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within seven days of purchase, subject to inspection. Shipping charges and used, opened or personalized items are not refundable. Required-kit substitutions are confirmed before fulfillment.
Appointments and memberships
Chair bookings follow the booking calendar's cancellation and no-show rules. House Membership paid through PayPal is a subscription. Each paid membership period is non-refundable. Cancel before the next billing date to stop the following charge; time already paid is not refunded. Consumed services are not retroactively refundable unless required by law.
Questions
Contact the House promptly with the purchaser name, date, offer and reason for the request. Use this path when the House cancelled, not to request a buyer refund on a completed PayPal charge. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law still apply.
