You should not have to start over.

A first visit begins with introductions. On a return, the small details matter just as much: the shape you prefer, the finish you ask for, the way your hair fits an ordinary day.

Remembering does not mean assuming. The House can carry those preferences into the next conversation and still ask what has changed. Familiar care leaves room for a different answer.

That is the relationship behind membership: less starting from zero, not less attention. Come for a single appointment, or compare the care named in a plan when you want to return regularly.

What membership changes

One plan for the care that belongs together.

The House remembers your preferences and coordinates the care named in your plan across the month, reducing separate searches, errands and repeated explanations. Services may still require different appointments and providers.

House Membership is a $99 CAD/month recurring PayPal subscription after sign-in. House activation and billing-status updates are handled manually. Send the House your PayPal subscription receipt; payment alone does not activate site benefits. Manage or cancel recurring billing in PayPal and notify the House. Do not subscribe again if you already have a PayPal subscription. Each paid membership period is non-refundable. Cancel before the next billing date to stop the following charge; time already paid is not refunded. House Reserve accepts email interest without an account or payment. Interest does not guarantee capacity, an invitation or activation. House Concierge registration and its waitlist are closed.
