Information we collect

We collect information you submit through accounts, applications, contact forms, membership reservations, bookings and learning features. This may include contact information, goals, kit and Academy preferences, account activity and service history.

How it is used

Information is used to respond, evaluate school fit, manage membership interest, deliver entitled content and student-community access, improve service and protect the platform. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Supabase supports identity, database and storage. Square provides booking and is the planned primary payment processor. Discord may host the private student community. Approved email and AI providers may support notifications and consented lesson processing.

AI and media

Private course or Member media will not be sent to an AI provider without an approved purpose, access control and appropriate consent. See the AI policy for more detail.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting hello@juniorsbarbers.com. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP.

Questions, requests or exceptions

Put the situation in front of the team.

Include the relevant offer, account, purchase or appointment context. Do not send a password, confirmation code or unnecessary sensitive information.

Academy readiness and course interest

With your consent, the Academy stores your name, email, course choice and readiness answers to manage your course interest and consultation next step. This is not enrollment, a seat reservation or a marketing subscription.

Future-interest details are deleted after 12 months unless you deliberately reconnect by submitting a new readiness check. There is no automatic follow-up. Qualified prospects are kept separately for managing their requested next step.

You can leave the questionnaire without saving your details, or request deletion of a saved record by contacting the Academy through the contact page. Staff access is limited to authorized Academy staff.
