From Night Shift to Shop Owner

Natural ability becomes a repeatable system, then a gradual path from part-time chair work to a small studio.
Junior teaching a barbering lesson

The story

What happened, what Junior's did and what changed.

Devon works nights in a warehouse and cuts cousins on weekends. He has natural feel, but each haircut depends on remembering what seemed to work the last time.

The Professional Barber Certificate gives him a repeatable consultation, Cut Map and correction cycle across the Foundation, Advanced and Business modules. After training, he keeps the warehouse job while taking a part-time chair and learning which clients actually return.

Over time, repeatable work becomes a clientele and the clientele supports a small studio. The timeline is illustrative and deliberately gradual; ownership is not presented as the expected course result.
