Inside Advanced
Control first. Then speed.
You can finish a cut and still see the part that does not quite hold: a heavy edge, an uneven transition, a shape that works from only one angle. Advanced will begin with that second look, building on Foundation habits when the online release is cleared.

- 01
Fades that hold across texture
The next pass has to have a reason. You will study how a skin fade or soft fade changes across texture, and where to adjust the transition instead of taking more hair everywhere.
- 02
Shear design with intent
Refinement also means knowing what length to leave. Shear design and scissor-over-comb will connect the shape you intended with a finish you can explain in the mirror — deliberate, not lucky.
- 03
Shave and beard architecture
A cleaner finish does not justify rushing the skin. Hot-towel safety, shavette control, and beard architecture will keep the decision about the person in the chair, not just the sharpest line.
- 04
Grey, colour, and younger chairs
Grey blending brings a chemical-safety gate; a child's cut calls for a different pace and calm. The aim is to know why your approach changes, not repeat one routine on everyone. Bring the detail you want to refine to an inquiry; Advanced stays coming soon.
What you are buying into
Study now. Floor later.

- In-person Advanced days before that lane is released
- A guarantee of chair rental at the House
How you finish
Watched standards, not a quiz farm.
Advanced is still Junior's standard. When the path is live, finishing means the work holds — not that you clicked every video.
- How you are assessed
- Assessment follows the Academy's release rules for Advanced. Expect practical judgement, not a multiple-choice finish line.
- What you are awarded
- Advanced Study Record. Advanced Study Record for the whole program when that award is issued — not a stack of partial badges sold separately.
- What it is not
- This is Junior's completion award and study record. It is not a provincial barber licence.
Questions
Ask before you wait.
What people ask when Advanced is still filming.
EntryCan I start Advanced without Foundation?Finish Foundation first, or bring an approved prior-learning decision
Advanced assumes Foundation habits. If you already cut for a living, say so on the inquiry and ask for a prior-learning read instead of buying the starting weeks twice.
Ask about entryTimingWhen can I enroll? When the online release is cleared — inquire for the next window
This sheet stays public so you can plan. Enrollment and tuition appear only when Junior clears the release. Inquire and we will tell you the real window, not a soft date.
Get on the listPricingWhat will it cost?No live Advanced checkout on this page yet
Foundation in-person registration is $2,999 CAD on its own sheet. Specialist online modules have been listed from $129 CAD when released as single-module access. Advanced program tuition is confirmed in writing before any payment — never guessed from a placeholder.
See Foundation tuitionLicensingDoes this let me work as a barber? It is Junior's completion award, not a government licence
You leave with a certificate of completion. I watched the work. That is not a licence. Not a ticket. Not a board.
Ask about the training that fits your goals. Module maps stay behind the consult.
