The story
What happened, what Junior's did and what changed.
Growth gave me more than one location and more responsibility than the original chair ever carried. Then COVID brought staffing pressure, revenue loss and decisions with no clean ending.
A location closed. The business that survived required smaller choices made without the comfort of a highlight reel: protect the team, preserve the standard and rebuild what could still work.
That chapter belongs in my founder story because ownership includes recovery. Students hear about risk and restraint alongside ambition, without being promised that resilience guarantees a particular outcome.
